Like I said earlier, the City of Atlanta (a fairly small area, actually, and only 1/8 or 1/10 of the metro area population) has been black-run for 20 years, and they ran Freaknik out of town. Uneventful trash pickup (huge$$$$), 23 stolen cars, 75 arrests, 1/10 of the season's tourist dollars NOT being spent on the island. Yeah, it's uneventful - as in a hostage sitting in their cell.
