This sounds very interestig. Is there an article or reference which mentions it? The subject of this post is a live TV broadcast (which I didn't see); as far as I know, there's nothing on-line, nor is there a permanent record of what transpired.

C-SPAN sells tapes of all its broadcasts. It appears the union head appeared between 10 and 10:30 AM EDT on Apr. 20.
