Forget Tenney, Mitchell, Saudi, Sharon, WTO, Amnesty. It's time for the Houdini Plan.   Just disappear from foreign problems, withdraw our aid, arms, troops and negotiators from everywhere in the world and build fortress America. Play no favorites and we will have no enemies.
