Also......since you claim intimate knowledge.......Do you have an approximate figure of JW's annual donations and a rough accounting of where and how the money is spent?

The only law that would force Klayman to reveal such information would be through a court order. Furthermore, Klayman can contest such an order stating that his organization IS tax exempt. Now he could hand over the documents under duress and then sue the IRS under Title 42 Sec. 1983 for violation of Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments. Also financial contributions by individual contributors, foundations and corporations made are tax deductible under 501 (c)(3) as JW is a non-profit organization.
