NO, no, no everyone....since Hoallaring didn't clear it up- but tried to let it go by- I'll state that I happened to be watching C-Span a year or so ago - and Klayman explained, (when asked by a liberal caller) - that he had to sue his mother's estate
because she was getting elderly and was being "taken-in" / "taken advantage of" ... by someone. And that suit was the only way to prevent his mother from being taken advantage of!!! End of non-story humble - nothing to this....C-Span has all their programs on tape/so don't make me spend time tracking that particular one down.
