Could a helicopter do that? Looks more like a plane crash.

Now the Corriere is saying that it was a Piper, and so far two people have been killed, including the pilot (who was the only one on board the aircraft). My Italian's not too good, but "elicottero" is helicopter. This was in an earlier report.
