Just reported that a small engine plane crashed into a Skyscraper in Milan Italy

In today's San Francisco paper one Gore Vidal, who resides in Italy and is about to visit the capital of the world from the point of view of his, uhm, proclivities, says (again) that September 11 was our own damn fault. Is he now going to tell Italians that this incident is their own damn fault? Curious minds want to know!

From Drudge: A small plane flew into Milan's "Pirelli" skyscaper which lodges the offices of the Lombardy region, according to the news agency Ansa. The police did not confirm the information but said the last two floors of the building were hit by an explosion. A broker working in a building lodging the US consulate in Milan said the building has been surrounded by police and is being evacuated. The building is in the centre of Milan and about 1 kilometre away from the Pirelli building.

Al Qaeda tends to do "COORDINATED" attacks (ie. 4 planes on 9/11)...............let's see if anything else happens.

That was Al Qaeda's M.O. before its infrastructure was torn apart and it was the focus of all our intel. Now trying to coordinate simultaneous attacks would be very risky, so Al Qaeda would be much safer in conducting singular attacks like this, IMHO.
