We must also note that the Palestinian people are the second most educated group in the world

And collectively they are dumb as rocks. Extermination is not too good for the islami-fascist scumbags.

Any culture that trains their children to become living weapons deserves nothing less than extermination.

Why are there no Arabs in Star Trek?

It is set in the future.

We must also note that the Palestinian people are the second most educated group in the world (the Israelis are first).

That indeed is very funny! Right out of the Nazi lie book, the more outrageous you make the lie the more believable it is. The Palestinians are some of the most illiterate backyard bozos I have ever met! Most of them have no schooling beyond 6th grade, their kids work in the fields. Why Palestine, in all its schooling is famous for inventing the modern idea of International terrorism, they seem to have zero other exports. But then most schools now in Palestine are very heavy on how to kill Jews and Americans, not the three R's (Religion, Rhetoric and Rpg's).

our side???? You are right, secularists, but left-wing Socialist/Communist totalitarian 'anti-imperialist' types. No wonder Berkeley loves the palestinian cause and complains about babies in Iraq going without milk formula. Supporting Leftist Regimes.

...the USA should deliver the ashes of Arafat and Saddam to Mecca.

If I may be so bold to suggest a minor alteration to your wonderful proposal:

the USA should deliver the ashes of Arafat and Saddam to the ashes of Mecca.

They're actually more like us than the rest of the Arab world.

They may be more like you, but they are absolutely nothing like me.

Education is no inoculation against unreason. Weren't the Germans the most educated nation in the world in the 1930's?

I'm amazed at what Israel is learning and discovering in this process. I just don't understand why the facts of such collusion aren't getting broader play in the press. Scratch that....I do understand why.....

Haven't heard from you in a while.

There are people just like you describe who work in the fields all over the world - in the US, in Europe, in China.

They are a part of society. On the other hand, when we examine the Palestinians about 2/3 of them live in somebody else's country, hold good jobs there, and are looked on with both envy and hatred by the locals - particularly the guys still working in the fields.

You might well be familiar with the phenomenon.

What I'd like to know is why you have to tinge every response to every post with allusions to the Nazis? This particularly bad habit of yours tends to destroy the credibility of whatever it is you are saying.

Now, back to work!

Right on target! The attraction the left in this country has for these people is the secularism, and probably the state sponsored terror and murder.

Although you and I probably feel little philosophical kinship with the Middle Eastern leadership elites in Iran, Iraq, etc., that doesn't mean that we don't have a good deal of countrymen who find them objectionable. Berkeley is such a place, of course.

Now, on to Algeria as an example of a bit more broadly based affinity. Virtually everyone in the US and EU who observed the situation in Algeria cheered on the junta's cancellation of democratic elections. No one wanted the "fundies" to win!

Actually, Bin Laden attacked us because he'd like to remove the current ruling family from its position of power in Saudi Arabia.

His motives were entirely secular. On the other hand he clearly enjoyed the Islamist cultural values - e.g. extra wives, totalitarianism (which has been there since the foundations), and an almost exclusively male society (with women relegated to a back room to bear babies and provide sexual release).

That's not much different from the way things are done in Washington sometimes - ref: Bill Clinton!

Now you tell me this country doesn't have something in common with these folks! Look, they probably deserve killing, but that doesn't make them all that different. Then, we see our Supreme Court has a taste for "kiddie porn", babies are murdered every day and tossed into dumpsters or down garbage disposals. This country has it's own strains of fascist enterprise, and the rest of us have to swallow it or face hard jail time.
