Pedophilia is the next big step in mankind's fight against those pesky morals and ethics that have been oppressing us for so darned long. I'm pretty sure hollywood will lead us down the path to enlightenment just has that have in helping get rid of those other taboos. We are probably just a couple of years away from shows like: Daddy's girl, or Father Friendly's Alter Boys. Oh Well I guess it makes some people feel a little better if everyone's doing it. Sad very very sad.

Well folks, Emmylou has informed me that we've lost the culture war so we'd just better accept it when homosexualists begin to lower the age of consent as part of their new morality. As she posted in a related thread:

You are entitled to your moral beliefs. But face it, your side has lost this one. You have a Republican president who proclaims himself a born-again Christian and even he has stated publicly that he will not discriminate based on sexual orientation.
Oh well, you put up a good fight. And I'm sure you'll stick around for the skirmishes and mopping up in this particular chapter of the culture wars. But in the end, this is the good old U.S.A., the place where pursuit of happiness is guaranteed in the Constitution. Some Americans find happiness loving someone of the same sex. You can tell them not to be happy all you want but very few are going to listen.
