I hope it is. I can't think of a better way to get through to the American people what a disaster this court would be. Nobody in Congress, who know they better not tick off the Jews, would give the court the time of day while they are doing this except some perhaps Cynthia McKinney, Jesse Jackson Jr and the rest of the black Knucklehead Caucus.
