My name is xxx, I am an Illinois (Naperville) citizen with years of local government and business interaction. Franchising 250 dealerships across the U.S. gives me a unique view of life. Police actions, shootouts, self-defense, women abuse and 911 responses I have studied.
Why am I here? I am here for the weak, the handicap, the elderly, my mother, my wife, my daughter, Mrs. Ruth Price, and abuse woman. My family is, and I am a son of the American Revolution. Two years ago I filled out the FOID application and joined 1.5 million IL citizens.

Socialism, and Communism doctrines know disarming citizens is a key strategy in total police power; thugs, felons, and bad guys applaud disarming citizens. Our Bill of Rights says otherwise.
Our prison system manages 6 million, 2 million in prison, and 4 million on parole. They live in our neighborhoods, crossing our path daily. It is where you live and where you travel.
I not here spreading fear, however, Illinois State police say, Alderman Murphy, Brookmann, Beauvais. you have a registered sex offender living nearby.
Des Plaines domiciles in COOK County and live with 5000 pedophiles. Will you trust your life to published 911 response times, 24/365? Remember it is an average, I would not.
In 1999 the IL crime felony index reports annually each citizen has a 1 in 20 chance of being a felony victim. How many of these crimes were stopped by police?
Council members please publish the pray your citizens must pray as they wait for 911 help.

In 1987 only eight states had Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW). Today you can count 33 states with shall issue CCW, and 11 states with may issue.
Then we have the six states with no issue. However of the six states, OH, MO, WI, MN, and KS are working hard and have bills pending. OH is closest with MO, WI, and KS closest to passing a CCW law. Illinois NRA grass roots group is dead at the morge on th CCW issue.
