I was sober for three years, thanks to her unending faith. But when I got my job I stupidly congratulated myself with a drink. I'm astonished at how stupid I've become. I lie, and am so determined that she never learns I am drinking.

You have my prayers - for your mother and for you. God bless you and guide you. We are all weak in one way or another. But you are strong in your love for your mother and you HAVE gotten yourself a good job. (Calling in some troops to help pray for you and maybe talk with you).
