There's another article out there today from the AP that says that Cardinal Law was aware of priests molesting children over a 30 year period and its total is now 450. And yet the Pope won't let Cardinal Law resign? Crazy... Cardinal Law should be prosecuted for 450 counts of obstruction of justice...

As I suspected, the article you reference does not say anything about a 30 year period.
