Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga.) is calling for an investigation into whether President Bush and other government officials had advance notice of terrorist attacks on Sept. 11 but did nothing to prevent them. She added that "persons close to this administration are poised to make huge profits off America's new war."

"I AM NOT AWARE OF ANY EVIDENCE showing that President Bush or members of his administration have personally profited from the attacks of 9-11. A complete investigation might reveal that to be the case."

No evidence, but let's do an investigation? Sire thing.

I am not aware of any evidence that Ms. McKinney has murdered several children or that she personally profited from sleeping with the entire defensive squad of the Atlanta Falcons. However, a complete investigation might reveal that to be the case.

I am not aware of any evidence that Ms. McKinney was with the Muslim, formerly known as H. Rap Brown, the night he murdered a police officer in cold blood. However, a complete investigation might reveal that to be the case.

Maybe she helped plan the murder of DeKalb County's sherriff elect? Never know until they investigate.

She is an idiot who has a father willing to destroy anyone who publicly bad mouths her. BTW, I think she & Daddy were cited for violating election laws (campaigning close to polling places) during Election 2000.

I love this line from Jonah:

Meanwhile, while we await the findings of that long-overdue investigation, I can add that there is ample evidence that Ms. McKinney is dumber than rock salt and more repugnant than Yasser Arafat's three-week-old underwear.

This news from Georgia is very disturbing. It borders on treason.

I love it. Dasch-hole makes several stupid remarks earlier this year and Bush's numbers inch up. I was kind of disappointed when he shut up. This is even better for the good guys! Unfortunately, while I have heard about it on Fox News, Rush Limbaugh and FR, I have seen not one mention of it in the Houston Chronicle (my local paper) and I suspect that is the case for many other of the big city dailies.

I like the one [paraphrased] "the shortest way to her brain is through her ass.."  Meanwhile, back at the farm  (bold mine)

Voter Ethics Violations Found against U.S. Rep. Cynthia McKinney

In December, the voted Georgia State Election Board twice, unanimously, to refer six (6) counts of electoral fraud and voter intimidation to a state administrative judge, stemming from eyewitness reports that U.S. Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-GA) and her father, state Rep. Billy McKinney, entered a polling place on election day in November 2000, pled for votes, and harassed poll watchers. SLF President Phil Kent sent a state Open Records Act request to Georgia Secretary of State Cathy Cox earlier in the year, requesting all relevant investigative findings surrounding the events of November 2000.<b> Ms. McKinney was one of the most vocal critics of the November 2000 election, calling on federal investigators to look into alleged voter fraud in Florida.  After receiving an incomplete investigative report from Cox's office, which found no wrongdoing, the State Election Board took sworn eyewitness testimony from several individuals who saw Ms. McKinney and her father harass and intimidate poll watchers who were observing voting after the polls had closed. SLF attorneys are working with the eyewitnesses in preparation for an administrative law hearing, which will be set in the spring. Kent told local media that "the time has come for accountability in the McKinney world of politics ... the law is there to protect them, and those who vote for them, but it is also there to ensure fair,
honest and open elections."
