We currently have an opening for an acoustic ENGINEER in the Client Product Group. Our Client Product Group designs and delivers award-winning desktops, notebooks, and workstations for consumer and corporate customers worldwide. General Summary: MS in MECHANICAL or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience in acoustics is preferred. Has work knowledge in acoustics, equipment, chambers, industry standards, and fan and thermal mechanics in the computer industry. Able to work in an engineering development environment. Key Responsibilities: Help develop and implement a sound quality program using jury testing and Head equipment. Interface with product development engineering, marketing, sales regions, sustaining groups, and overseas OEMs to perform development testing and make sound quality improvements.
