I totally agree, that should have been the very first things done to protect the U.S. Now, why haven't they done that? Maybe because they want fast track trade and globalization so much they risk our security?

congress will be protected in a event of a nuclear attack all government will, we will not. don't you just love our color coded alert system, i think my kids 1st grade class could have come up with that. is that what ridge was hired to do, i feel so safe..........
