Yes, no application within our borders. But the moment an American leaves the country, they will be subject to the pc whims of foreign tribunals. It will not be long before American politicians or servicemen are tried for protecting our national interest.

The current criminal charges in Belgium against Ariel Sharon for crimes against humanity are a good example of what our future holds in store.

We need not only to withdraw from the treaty but place into law, automatic sanctions against the UN and any member organization that attempt to use the Court against any American citizen. One possible sanction--a year's worth of UN dues for each US citizen brought to trial before this Court.
