Lots of unanswered questions here and the silence over them from the usual suspects is deafening.
1. Knowing where the church stands regarding his lifestyle, why does he insist on remaining a Catholic and why did he choose to attend a Catholic school?
2. Why is everybody arguing that a tax-funded institution shouldn't discriminate, but nobody seriously challenges the idea of giving tax dollars to one religious institution but not any others?
3. Why is nobody raising eyebrows about the boyfriend's age? I'm fairly certain that most of the lefties who are supporting this pair would claim that a relationship between a teenage girl and a man in his 20s is exploitative.
4. What is the hundred grand supposed to accomplish? Does he not realize that if he wins it won't be the school officials who are being punished, but his fellow students?
5. Finally, if the 21-year-old wants the church's blessing to fool around with and underage boy why doesn't he join the priesthood?

Is this for real? If so, WHO CARES??????? Oh wait, now if this goes through, then it will set a legal precedent. That would mean I could sue my old bosses for making me work on days that I could have been goofing off with my Ex-Girlfriend. God what a country...

If he wins they are essentially saying Catholism is against the law. (or any other conservative religion)
