A San Francisco crack cocaine dealer gave himself six months in jail after a judge told him he had to sentence himself.
Judge James Warren gave crack cocaine dealer Albert Brown his gown and told him he was his own judge.
Brown also ordered himself to change his ways for the sake of his children and to stay away from the area where he was arrested.
The judge said he was planning the same sentence.
He told Brown: "This is your life and you are your own judge." He faced a maximum five-year sentence.
Judge Warren said Brown "was very good at lecturing himself. Maybe this time it will stick."
He gave Brown a transcript of his self-imposed sentence "just in case he forgets".

This idiot judge should be impeached. The crackhead should have sentenced the judge to jail time for sheer stupidity. I could go on but I have to barf now.

Judge James Warren gave crack cocaine dealer Albert Brown his gown and told him he was his own judge. Please tell me this is a dream, and I'll soon wake up and find it's not real.

WTF happened to mandatory sentencing.... how come judges are always bit**ing that their "hands are tied". What a bunch of Bravo Sierra.
To: WALLACE212
"WTF happened to mandatory sentencing" That only applies to properly appointed/elected judges; not to Albert.

The wife promised to mail off... called her at work, they are in the trunk of her car...#$@&^^%$%!!!!
Personally attending to the matter this eve...(really not her fault, mine for not MAKING SURE she did in fact mail them, she had surgery right around the same time- kinda distracting)
To: WALLACE212
NY just mentioned he expects it to be wrapped up in a couple of weeks. I hope you explain it to him so you don't miss out.
To: Shooter 2.5

I further condemn my worthless self to the consumption of a number of pints of Guiness not to exceed 6, but the minimum sentence is 5. The law has left me with little leeway to address this deplorable situation.... the humanity
