Israel is a free, Westernized country, which recognizes the individual rights of its citizens (such as their right to liberty and freedom of speech)

A theocratic nationalist socialist country which has liberal identity politics and victimolgy down pat and which ranks #43 (below Canada, the UK,Bahrain, The United Arab Emirates, Chile and Cambodia) on the Heritage Index of Economic Freedom I would not describe as "free." If what Israel is can be said to be "westernized" that is not a positive for Israel but a negative for the west.
