LOL... Rebeckie sure yawns a lot... must be something in the water or maybe it's the soothing effect of "eWW'. Don't worry about facts and their relationship to the dates of Mr. Wallis's promotion and who was the Acting Director of the INS. They don't fit with the senario of it being Bush/Ashcroft that did the dastardly deed..... Besides I'm wondering upon what grounds Mr. Wallis shouldn't have been promoted? I don't see where they have listed any at this time. Just throwing out alligations...

Hmmm...let me see, why shouldn't this guy been promoted. Does the 1st Amendment right to peacefully assemble and protest mean anything to you? I am sure it does, perhaps you just forgot.
