If it means saving a life, then it DOES make me feel good. This is not about taking away your individual liberties. You can still talk on a hands-free phone, listen to music/news, talk to your passengers, and eat at a drive-through McDonalds. That doesn't sound bad to me.

Like the gun control losers.."if it saves just ONE LIFE, then it'll be worth it". Please, that's a tired argument.
"If people with hand-held cell-phones weren't a menace, this would be a non-issue"
Like the people driving with screaming kids are a menace? Like the person who drops hot coffee on themselves while driving? Define menace.

If it means saving a life, then it DOES make me feel good. In that case you could outlaw automobiles completely and save far more lives, which should therefore make you feel REALLY good.
