Absolutely incredible!!! 3K should have covered the bill, then again they build houses so tight nowadays that they can't "breathe". So your going to have "problems" unless you are in a position to really do the job right, your going to have mold. Bet it was a "slam-bam thank you ma'am" job and take the money and run. Remind me to add a zero behind my usual hourly billing rate (bout $650 an hour to you sir) so I can compete, and stay alive in Ed's neighborhood!

This is a big problem the enviro-whackos want to keep covered-up. Houses are so tight now thanks to energy conservation and insulation that things like this mold grow. Add to that all the nylon carpet fumes and other fumes in modern appliances and furniture,and you have the REAL reason for so many children having allergies and breathing problems today. It has nothing to do with second-hand smoke.
