****More than 80,000 workers will lose their jobs if the veterans who use violence and threats of war succeed in evicting the 800 farmers. Up to 300,000 jobs will be lost if the ex-fighters eventually chase away all commercial farmers. .... As wells as an erratic 2000/2001 rainy season, the disruption on farming caused by the farm seizures is largely blamed for causing the current food crisis gripping Zimbabwe. ****
Pure insanity.

In case someone still believes that multi-culturalism works where the majority will not respect the rights of the minority.

Cuba, Russia in dock at rights meet, China escapes*** The EU's motion on Zimbabwe expressed "concern at the continuing violations of human rights and attacks on fundamental freedoms, often committed with impunity by agencies and supporters of the Zimbabwean ruling party".
However, diplomats said that it was uncertain whether the EU attempt to condemn Zimbabwe would succeed as it faced the opposition of African states on the Commission.***

Oh, bad, bad. Only a very terrible racist would point that out. You need to go to the nearest "re-education" camp, like your nearest neighborhood school, college or church. < / sarcasm >

Is insanity a communicable disease over there?!?

For an excellent example of your point, see tobacco taxes in the US.

The whites had better get out now, taking what they may; being "right" and DEAD is a poor substitute for ALIVE to fight another day in another way.

If I were 1 of those white farmers I'd leave the country. The US should discreetly make path to US citizenship available to these people.

Is insanity a communicable disease over there?!?It probably is and it's been spread to the USA with this "Reparations" shakedown movement that is being touted here.
What you see going on in Rhodesia today is what will eventually happen here.

I don't smoke, and yeah, I think that it is hard on everyone who has to work on it, BUT if they can levy such taxes on tobacco, then they can do the same to beer and wine, and hard liquor. Heck, they can do it to chocolate.

Without property rights, no hope. All the do-gooders wanted these changes so they could pat themselves on the back and say what great, compassionate people they are; now in the aftermath I'll bet all the do-gooders headed for the tall grass and none are to be found.
Yes, all that is left is talented farmers with no land to farm, farm employees without work, and shortly hundreds of thousands of people with no food to eat.
Yeah, I would say it worked out real well. Take a bow social engineers!
