Yeah, but I'll have to recopy it all neatly tomorrow night. Seven forms and twelve hours of work for a lousy $400 refund. The tax code should be abolished!

Try TurboTax. It's still a pain but faster and neater. If you use it year after year, it will import information from the previous year and keep track of your carryovers. If you trade stocks, it will import the information from many of the larger brokerages and calculate your gains and losses.

Why'd you wait so long to file if you're getting a refund? I'd think you'd want the money out the government's hands ASAP.
