Actually, it had what he wanted to be there, plus somethings he didn't want to. Those parts are being challenged by Republican Senators (do you know who the head of the Republican Party is right now?)

He stopped any new stem cell research funding by the government, I guess you would have been happier if he had ordered existing research thrown in the garbage. BTW, can you tell me which US President (other than G. W. Bush) has constantly spoken about the sanctity of human life to the media?
