To my way of thinking, suing them is the wrong idea. It gives the impression it is ok to sue people who disagree with you. What if some Christian groups want to compile a list of homosexual sympathizers so they can try to tell those sympathizers the truth? Wouldn't that fall under the same court ruling? That sword cuts two ways, I'd be slow to use it.
A far better idea, IMO, would be for Exodus International to have made a large number of handouts available explaining the destructiveness of the so-called "gay lifestile" (better called Same-sex Attraction Disorder or SAD) so that Christians could hand pamphlets to everyone who was silent. Since those using silence would be self-identifying, there would be no totalitarianism or "terrorism" involved.
Do not try to overcome evil with evil, but overcome evil with good.
Shalom.

I'm sure that once you get past the admittedly extremist rhetoric of the rabbi, he has our childrens' best interests at hears, vis-a-vis normal sexuality (no, I'm not being sarcastic). However, the abuse of homosexual students, however misled they may be, by other students is unacceptable to me.
