Hugh Hewitt just played a clip of Netanyahu saying that the IDF soldiers were killed by a 10-yr. old suicide bomber. Clip was from Fox News - this is unbelievable and I couldn't find a post of it anywhere.

Time for the IDF to break into the room where Arafat is hiding. The IDF should lock a radio controled explosive vest on the old boy and tell him that it will be set off when the next suicide bomb goes off. It will give full, up-close and personal meaning to the words "suicide bomber". Then just let him go. Where ever he is and who ever he is around will blow up at the same time the next suicide bomb goes off.

I don't claim to be an expert but I have I've studied US military history in particular the history of the war in Viet Nam. I cannot remember an instance in Viet Nam where children were used as suicide bombers. This is not to say that children were not used by the Viet Cong and North Vietnamese in their war efforts, but rather I cannot remember an instance where they were specifically used as suicide bombers. Korea I am not as sure on.

Children are the innocents of war. Young Palestinian children are manipulated as we have seen in the pictures. This is not their fault. They don't possess the ability to understand the global political aspects of the situation they find themselves in nor the cognative reasoning to determine the right or wrong of their actions.

The use of children in this manner is child abuse.
