Polly Klass's parent were home the night she was abducted also. Should they go to jail?

In addition, there were a bunch of other kids (it was a sleepover party, I believe) in the vicinity the night she was abducted, should they go to jail?

Uhm...I believe just the mother of Polly was home that night...and the case comparison is vapid...next point.

Good grief, are you taking your "reasoning and logic" lessons from Kim, Hildy? We're making the point that the parents were cleared very early on in a case where there were no witnesses to the abduction. The father in particular has no verifiable alibi from the time Brenda left and when she came home. Note the huge, glaring difference in the Klaas case (wondering also why so few seem able to spell K-l-a-a-s): there were several girlfriends who saw the man take Polly. The man they saw was not Marc Klaas. There are many more differences between the two cases, as well.
