The real test will be if they are forced to get on the stand....during the trial. If they change their stories again....we'll have to see how important it is to the case and if it erases the fingerprints and dna.. and whatever evidence we don't know about. Plus remember this....what would a reasonable person expect them to remember on a night they had been stoned and drunk.

At this point, they don't have to change their stories yet another time (although I'll bet they can't resist). Feldman is probably armed with reams of transcripts from past interviews and from the preliminary hearing. If the prosecution is smart, they'll keep them as far away from the court room as possible.
