Bingo---they keep calling this Muslim vs. Israel/US a "clash of civilizations". Horse hockey---for there to be a clash of civilizations, both parties must first be civilized. The Muslim world has reverted to sheer barbarism (or never actually risen above it despite its long history). NO Arab nation has a democratically elected government--and only one majority-Muslim nation even approaches that status (Turkey).

No--this is the standard clash of civilization versus barbarism, and the sooner we realize that, the better off we will be.
