You might have hit "stop" before the page fully loaded and then hit "reload," in which case a code/tag to indent or for columns would be left dangling because you stopped it before it inserted a close tag. If it is only on that one thread, it is your browser and not FR. You might try "reload" or "refresh." Perhaps Ctrl-R. In the meantime...
