I saw where Aurther Andersen was planning to lay off (?)7000 workers. I wonder how many of them are "ghost" employees who were responsible for the mis-counted "ghost" reserves?

There is great pressure at each level of command to give something a higher grade or larger number than actual. If this is ever traced back to Klintoon, we're sunk. Nothing will ever be done about it. LOL.

I was in The Il national guard in the late 80's and early 90's. The falsifying of documents was routine. They had us sign documents all the time saying we received training that we never got and at the end of each year we spent one weekend shooting thousands of rounds of ammo so we could say we didnt have enough and ask for more the following year. I found it disturbing than also. I was just following orders.
