Thanks to all for the outpouring of support. I am both humbled and bouyed by the support to date. I call Neil and Sis regularly & will be flying down to visit this next week. I hope to be a help & will share your support .
As you have noted, my family runs to either military or teachers, don't know why, but both provide service to others.
Once again, I have tried to answer all posts/mails.. If have missed you, please take this as my thanks and may the good Lord bless each and every one of you in your kindness.

A CAT scan revealed the tumor has suddenly (& somewhat to the confusion of the medical staff) 'walled off' or encapsulated and stared to die from the inside, while growing on the outside.....image a rotten hot dog and you get the idea.
The docs are puzzled, but happy. He will go to surgery 6 May to have tumor removed and it should leave nothing more than a (very large) divot in his leg.
The docs think (Now) that they can get it all and with some follow on chemo, he will be good to go!!! (Very large grin)
If you would please, add a prayer for the skill of the doctors to be up for the task, the tumor be all that there is to be and for relief for his family -
I'll be going into fast/prayer mode 4 May should you wish to join me (in sprit) in a final push for Neil and family.
Thanks to all, Praise Him Who is All.

Thanks to all. Neil went thru his surgery today. The doctors (a team no less) were able to remove the entire tumor, with almost no underlying tissue removed.
This means no long drawn out PT - he will have some radiation sessions and the docs said he would be good to go. (Very, very large grin here)
The doctors were *quite surprised* at how easily the operation went - they finished early! I have a strong belief that a good doctor gets **better** with prayers - so far it has been holding true.
To all the freepers who have offered prayers for Neil and my sister - thank you so much!
Praise to Him Who is All. Prayers can be answered, some answers are simpler to see is all : )
Once again, thanks for the support
Hoo-ah!
