You won't see pictures of Israeli children with Grenades hanging from their necks or explosives around their waists because those incidences don't exist. You won't see pictures of suicide bombings by Israelis for the same reason.

I did see a picture of an IDF soldier pointing a rifle at a child in a poster held by a Pal protester. The funny thing though is that the soldier didn't have a shadow like the other people in the picture. Maybe next time they cut and paste, they will remember that.
