Thanks for the lead. I done some google-ing and might be brave enough to do more later.

I'm beginning to wonder if the "Babylon" mentioned in the Apocalyse is really Iraq. Sadam is its leader and doesn't his name translate into something like "destroyer" or "resister"? Maybe we shouldn't be taking the term Babylon symbolically. Maybe the unification of the Arab countries is what was prophesied.
