Yes, I knew about that.
There are stats pointing out that on a numerical basis, fewer percentage of illegals are in jail. Which is stat true.
However, that may be to the deportation black hole. When in doubt, ship 'em out. Due process be damned, just classify 'em as illegal and bus 'em to Mexico. Might be a confused Peruvian with legal status who legally came in via Canada and France, but how the hell is he gonna' complain from the bus station in Los Mochis?
