Since the old terrorist is wearing something resembling a military uniform, and calling himself "General" these days, I think Zinni sould have taken his uniform and stars out of retirement, just for this occasion. See how much lip General Arafat dares to give USMC General Zinni. Not much I'd expect, especially if that uniform (BDUs of course) included a pistol belt and holster, with a 1911A1 or an H&K USP stuffed into the holster, with the flap unfastened of course. Zinni still has the obligatory Jarhead haircut I see.
Europe needs a latter-day Ferdinand and Isabella, and I'm not talking about a need to sponsor exploration.
Let me give you a little background on the one IDF soldier taking an aim with his M-4[M-16] near what looks like a white TV truck. The sight acts like a headsup display where a red dot is projected onto the large glass disc. It was invented by a dentist that made the prototype in some spare space at his clinic. While the drilling, cutting and grinding was going on for the sight, I always wondered what his patient's must have thought when they heard the noise. It's called a C-More sight.
Why don't they burn their American made Adidas? Oh yeah, they do.
I'd have the IDF cover me anyday, They look like very tight, mean MF'rs.
Don't you just love the look on Zinni's face, he'd rather be anywhere else on earth.
