The speech was great. 80% of it pointed to the Pali, other Arab countries, and Iran and Syria's blame for supporting terrorism...but the only substantive action requested is for Israel to get out of the West Bank.

That didnt bother me due to the harsh pointing at the at-fault terrorists that dominated the speech.

It was a resolution to counter one introduced by the Arab states -- they wanted Irael to withdraw "immediately." We wanted the wording changed to "without delay" -- to keep the weasels from working their way up to UN intervention. By keeping the wording ambiguous, Israel gets more time.
