That is what I would hope and expect -- that if the escalation of violence continues so will the the consequences, not letting the same things repeat over and over. It is simple enough to say that while the Israeli's have been conducting their crackdown, the bombings have subsided, but they cannot stay forever. There has to be some compassion and fairness to the innocent civilians on both sides.

Exactly! There have been stories in the past couple of days about Arab Israeli's that lived and worked in Harat (sp?). Worked and lived, side by side, peacefully with the Israeli Jews. No problems, no terror. That's a big reason why the bombing there was such a catalyst. That particular city had always been considered by both sides to be a peaceful zone if you will. The murderers not only killed innocent Israeli's, but they crossed the line and killed some of their own.

To hear even Mara and Mort agree with Jeff Birnbaum, Fred Barnes and Brit, I tend to believe them.
