You can also order this book thru Borders (www.borders.com, I think). If you order it thru your LOCAL Borders, the book is shipped to the store, and you pay no shipping (which is ok, right Jeff? You don't make anything on the shipping, right?)

When my copy comes in, I'll let you all know how long it took..I can't wait to read it...I consider these excerpts to be a bit mean...ya just get me interested, and it ends!!! Curses! Make the excerpts longer! (Yeah, I could probably just order the e-book, huh?)

sounds as good as volume 1. just ordered #2 and am anxiously waiting. book is so good that i do not understand why no major publisher. is it because of the not to subtle rubs at existing liberals and their dogma???? thanks for writing the book. frank
