Have you ever seen Santa Barbara with snow in the mountains?

Yes, just beautiful! I have such wonderful memories of living there. I learned to drive in Hope Ranch. And I spent so many hours helping my husband with his photography projects. Gosh, what a trip down memory lane. :-)

When I was a kid I use to get up very early in the morning and take a walk around Hope Ranch. Yes, Santa Barbara is very nice, mostly because it is small. But so many of the little shops that were landmarks have been forced out by bigger businesses. It's good that we don't have to travel to Ventura to do some of the shopping, but I sure hated to see things "grow up" around here!
