Hi MSIT, hope you saw my post to you and others about Cobby. He is such a nice man and dear friend.

He said hi to everyone here.

We picked Oregon because we love being near the water and most of the places in Oregon are not too far from the coast, even a few hours drive is ok for an outing.
We lived in Calif. and loved it, the beauty of it but it is very expensive to live there and FallGuy is retired now from his stuntwork.

We have done the huge house thing and now want to scale down a lot and get a small place in a beautiful State.

Oregon is a gorgeous State .

Liberals are everywhere in all the States so there is no real getting away from them.

We have always been blessed with true and deep friendships and those are the kind I love. So to meet tons of liberals in just being out running errands means nothing to me.

What counts are the friends we have and care about. One more or less liberal is like one more or less bug on the sidewalk. ROTFL

Boy, living in Santa Barbara I know about how expensive California can be! We would love to leave, but it is more difficult when you have a string of kids all settled in. We very seriously considered Oregon as a place we would like to move to. The ocean is beautiful there. I loved Gold Beach...actually all along the coast. I am excited for you!

Yes, I saw your note about Cob and I think it is so neat that you got to spend some time with him.

We are also trying to figure out our retirement options. I had always imagined we would work into our 60's, but it just isn't possible. We love the idea of traveling, but you need a place to hang your hat that isn't on wheels, I think. I would really love to have a motorhome and a piece of land with a big barn on it! For all my fun projects!

I loved the fashion show today! I know LadyX and Cob are going to come cruising in and will be very happy to see all of the work Billie did to make today very special!
