Let me introduce you to the man who will be introducing the models momentarily. Looking every bit as smashing as the models, I give you the inimitable Mr. SAMWolf. Take it away, Sam!
Do blondes have more fun? This one certainly does, and is more fun to be around than anybunny could ever imagine......SnowBunny, Canteen Hostess Extraordinaire!
Here's the other Canteen Hostess, Billie. She's the ornery one, you can tell by the way she moves, you don't wanna cross her. (Watch those graphics - not too big, please!)
Thought you might like to see some of the ladies responsible for keeping the Canteen kitchen full of surprises. That's Mountaineer on the left, then Iowa Granny, and uh....who is that on the right....oh, that's who on the right.
GUYS! Oh, geez, GUYS! Louie, Diver, what th'?.......
Ok, let's try again....Left to right below are some of the lovely ladies who grace the Canteen regularly with their presence, their wit, charm, talents, prayers and support for our troops: Mountaineer, Victoria Delsoul, LadyX, Whoever, D4now, Snow Bunny, Aquamarine, Teacup, SusanUSA, DaisyScarlett, Iowa Granny, SassyMom, Mama_Bear, Spookbrat, and Billie.

I know the church you are talking about! My daughter did a lot of modeling for Brook's Institute! I have some wonderful pictures of her.
I have spent most of my life here. Have you ever seen Santa Barbara with snow in the mountains? I have gorgeous pictures of it!
Snow Bunny - I was so glad to read you met Cobby, and that his daughter is doing better.
My day at Parris Island was even more than I hoped it would be!
I created a word document to send to my sons and others, and because of the late hour and length - inserting all the breaks and paragraphs - I'll put it on tomorrow's thread when I am not so weary.
My grandson was amazed that I wore HIM out!
I thought of all of you on FR and especially the USO Canteen threads, and want to share the joy of 'Going Home' and finding it in far better shape than five years ago under Clin - -
what WAS that name?!! LOL
TOTAL JOY with the Globe & Anchor Presentation to Lima Company - and more!
Every one of you would have appreciated it, and thanked God for the men and women who will stand between us and peril - and consider it their privilege.
Love to all,
Yes, like that. I would even love the floors to just be beat up wood or old brick, nothing fancy VERY rugged.
In my dream, a nice friendly bear even stops by for visits, giggle
I so love hearing about your day there.God bless you LadyX!!!!
Oh yes! I usually go over there with a couple friends and spend the night, then spend all the next day shopping and eating pastries at those wonderful Danish bakeries. It's one of my favorite places. :-)
Yes, He knew it all and had it all planned before you were born.
I am thanking Him for your life, Snow Bunny, and the blessing that you are to hundreds, probably thousands and thousands. And that you are here in our lives.
You serve Him well.
I would love to be able to wake up early, grab a cup of coffee, go out on the deck and watch the deer grazing in the morning fog in the meadow.
Heck, yes - it sure beat trying to use stilts to cross those savannahs that surround the island.
I might have actually made such a dramatic entrance, you understand, coming ashore at Elliott's Beach..:)))
It was a definite Glory Day ~ ~ ~
