Ahh, I see, your argument is that per the Constitution everything is fine. I think this is more a metaphysical discusion on whether the mission statement in the Declaration of Independence and the preamble to the Consitution are being fullfilled.

The Constitution was a perfectly rational document for limited government in an agrarian time period, however, it was ill suited for fending off the exploitation of the property owners by the workers in the Industrial Era.
