Lest anyone might wonder how I heard about this, I set my alarm to get me wakened for Jim Quinn on the Warroom every single day. At 5:45 AM, EST, he brought this bill up, and I ran to the computer and looked it up. Sure enough, his warning wasn't even half strong enough. He was also the heads up on the water meter story.
