"She kicked him in the thigh, in the leg, in the arm, she grabbed his ear and twisted it," Richards said. "At one point, her high-heel shoe was on top of his foot pressing the accelerator to the ground." Chuck is very fortunate. If he so much as shoved her away in self-defense, he would be the one in jail and Major League baseball would be contemplating how long his suspension would be.
It should be a crime for a woman to hit a man because the man is not allowed to fight back. I hope they throw the book at her and give her the maximum penalty, if convicted.

Womyn can never be perps, only victims. You know it's always the guy's fault, no matter what. Especially if he is white. </sarcasm

You're so very correct. I once had a client who was arrested for domestic assault after he punched his wife in self-defense as she attacked him with scissors. Fortunately for him the prosecutor had a little more common sense than the cops.

As a woman, I agree with you 100%. I'm glad to finally see women getting arrested for battering and abusing men. Abuse is absue, regardless if it's a man or a woman commiting the crime. Throw two books at her for good measure.
