Wow, great book. I printed off the pdf to read when I have more time. Your private management looks like a great proposition both for property owners and real conservation.

Why is it so hard for Americans to understand the benefits of property ownership? I often think the founders had it right when they included land ownership as a requirement for voting. And yet, many property owners don’t exercise their franchise—especially in local elections where the most insidious regulation often occurs.
