You forgot one thing in all your ramblings. Whether you agree with it or not, whether you think the court was correct in their interpretation or not, Texas v. White is a valid decision and unless it is overturned or modified, it is the law. Arbitrary secession as practices by the confederate states is illegal. And none of your ranting and raving will change that.
