The second shot didn't take so apparently the origional 20 years before was still effective.

I really didn't have any intentions of getting the second one but in 1958 when I went racing in Mexico (sold the race car to the mexican that we bet)and didn't return for a month and a half customs at LAX wouldn't let me back into the country without giving it to me.

At this point 40+ years later I presume that it is still effective since the first one lasted 20 years.

i would get one and i would make my daughter and husband get it also. i'm not sure if i received it as a child i think i did i have to ask mom again.......1964 i was born......
